    putong puti or Butterd Puto
 is a variation of the famous steemed rice cake,puto,this steemed mini cakes are usually eaten as dessert or usually eaten with  dinuguan or blood stew and so easy  to prepare.

Puto Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour, sifted
  • 2 cups sugar, sifted
  • 2 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 piece egg, raw
  • small slices of cheese
  • 4 cups water (for steaming)

champorado is usually served during breakfast or mid-afternoon for merienda. Champorado is a household favorite especially during rainy seasons and is best complimented with tuyo or daing (dried fish).

 Pork Sinigang or Sinigang na Baboy  is a sour soup native  to the philippines.The best part  can be used  is bony parts of the pig known as "buto buto"
There are several ingredients that can be used as souring agent, the most common used is the tamarind fruit(known as tamarind) or either knorr tamarind.
